So, this is where it all starts I guess. I recently read a blog written by a friend about her struggle with Cyclothymia and I figured it seemed like a good thing to do because it was incredibly informative about the daily struggles that she goes through living with a mental illness. I thought it was maybe a good idea to write down the phases that I go through myself, with the hopes of not making this too personal. I will change the names of people and possibly even events to ensure they won't be judged or condemned by anyone that eventually reads this blog.
I am bipolar and I'd like to share as much about my life as I can, both as a coping mechanism but also to possibly help explain to people who are sufferers of bipolar, or even friends with someone that is exactly the thought processes that I go through. It is actually understood that everyone that suffers from bipolar; and all the strains of it, have entirely different symptoms, triggers and mood shifts.
I want to tell you about mine.
I'll try to update this daily (time permitting) so you can see the changes in my everyday life. I wish to write this more like a diary, explaining what's happened each time I post.
See you all soon,
Ky
